Running a business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also push your energy, focus and wellbeing to their limits. If you have ever felt caught between your ambition and your capacity, overwhelmed by decision making, or stuck in cycles of exhaustion, this online webinar is for you.

Join FSB for a practical and empowering webinar designed to help you understand burnout, break unhelpful patterns, and build a healthier and more sustainable way of working.

FSB’s speaker Rachel Clayton brings both personal and professional insight to the realities of burnout, especially for neurodivergent business owners. ADHD, dyslexic, and living with fibromyalgia herself, she understands the unique tension between high aspirations and limited energy of brain space.

In her session, “Burnout in Business: How to Break the Cycle,” Rachel will explore:

-Why burnout happens and why business owners are particularly vulnerable

-How to recognise your individual triggers and patterns

-What to do when you are already overwhelmed

-Practical strategies to manage energy, reduce demands and set boundaries

-How focus, decision making and emotional regulation shift during burnout

-A simple and actionable method to spot burnout early and recover properly

You will come away with tools you can use immediately, to help you feel better now and to prevent burnout from becoming a recurring barrier to your wellbeing and success.

To complement Rachel’s expertise, Jenna Collins will explain how FSB Healthcare supports small business owners with access to medical advice, wellbeing guidance and emotional health support. She will highlight practical ways business owners can get help with stress, anxiety and burnout before challenges become crises.

Whether you are currently experiencing burnout or want to protect your wellbeing as you grow your business, this session offers:

-Realistic and judgement free strategies you can apply straight away

-Supportive insights tailored to the pressure of self employment

-Tools to help you stay well while succeeding on your own terms

-Guidance on the professional wellbeing support available to you

This online webinar is free and open to FSB Members and Non-Members. It will be hosted by Katy Scott, Regional Business and Stakeholder Manager at FSB.
